Arisia '08Tribble Bash
The Dead Wood Society is pleased to announce that $700 (exactly) was raised for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society!
On Friday night from 9PM to 1AM the Tribble Bash, a party celebrating
the original Star Trek, will fill Ballroom A+B with video clips,
music, games & activities (including one involving a mallet!), a cash
bar, and giveaways! Enter the festivities through The Guardian of
Forever (photo below right), complete with flashing lights and sound.
Have your picture taken in a mound of tribbles for $3 and get your
photo on the spot, with all the proceeds going to the Leukemia and
Lymphoma Society

Classic Trek costumes are encouraged, but we welcome people and creatures of all universes. We even welcome Klingons, but we can't promise the Tribbles will! There will be prizes for the best Star Trek original series costumes, judged by two award-winning costumers!
And, of course there will be tribbles everywhere – all colors and sizes, even some you can sit in!
The Tribble Bash is presented by The Dead Wood Society (former Boston Star Trek Association members). We will also present a mini-track of lively Star Trek panels on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, including news about the next movie, discussions of fan films and Trek Remastered, information on Trek-related travel destinations, and a game show!
