Dear Artist,

You are invited once again to ARISIA, the nineteenth annual convention on the weekend of January 18-21 2008. Our Artist Guest of Honor this year is Marrus, a fantasy artist.  You can learn more about her art at: http://www.marrusart.com/.  We will be holding the convention once again at the Cambridge Hyatt in Cambridge, MA.  You can find out more about our hotel at http://cambridge.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/index.jsp.

If you plan to attend, please send in the enclosed registration form.  If you are interested in participating in other parts of Arisia, you can reach our Programming staff at program@arisia.org, and our children's programming at fastrack@arisia.org. If you are unable to attend ARISIA '08, an agent may represent you, with written authorization from you. Mailed-in art will also be accepted contingent on available space; there is an additional handling fee of $15 per artist for mailed-in art.

A copy of the Art Show Reservation Form and Rules are enclosed. Forms can also be downloaded from the our website www.arisia.org. Please complete the form and return it with all fees before November 15, 2007 to the Art Show Director at the address above. Please do not send the reservation form or fees to any address other than the one on the reservation form. You will receive confirmation when your reservation is received.
